Operations Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Riverside, CA!

Our client is one of the largest family-owned security and fire alarm companies in the nation serving commercial, retail, government and residential clients. They are now looking to hire on an Operations Manager for their Riverside branch. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary ranging between $90k - $125k depending on overall experience. Great benefits package including M/V/D, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay, etc. 

Duties:
-Plan and control assigned projects by monitoring progress, managing procurement, and recording production and job costs.
-Develop and maintain project schedule and budget to ensure project meets initial estimates.
-Review all contracts, specifications, drawings, scope of work, estimates, requirements, and other pertinent project information and prepare a project plan for review.
-Responsible for month-end financial reviews, including revenue recognition and job cost review.
-Complete project close out report to identify final changes in work scope, additional revenue opportunities and anything that may delay close out/final payment

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years field installation experience within the alarm and fire industry
-Minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience
-Possess leadership skills with a drive to mentor and grow a team.
-Ability to direct day to day operations of staff
